He turned to real estate to help provide stability and has since owned single family and multi-family rental properties as both as a syndicator and passive investor since 2009. Now he's shifting his focus toward short-term vacation rental management and ownership on the Gulf Coast and is even starting a fund to help scale the vacation rental business.
